Based in Italy and between 19 and 34 years old, who are:​

• With fragile financial and/or social backgrounds
• Possibly with higher education or university degree
• With backgrounds, work experience or desire, passion, attitude to work in IT​
• Unemployed or working part time and willing to start an IT career​ 
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written), for migrants and refugees also basic Italian is required (minimum B1) 
• For migrants and refugees: a valid “permesso di soggiorno” (work permit) or in the process of issuing​ is required.

• The total commitment is approximately 500 hours (5-6 hours per day are required). 
• ZOOM meetings will take place from Monday to Friday at varying times between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, and the schedule will be communicated at the beginning of the course. 
• To successfully complete the course, it is mandatory to attend 80% of the meetings. 
• The course provides the opportunity to obtain international Cisco "Essentials" certificates in IT, Networks, and Cybersecurity, with the support of Certified Cisco Instructors. 
• Career opportunities include IT Support Specialist, Help Desk Specialist, Cyber Security Analyst, and SOC Analyst.
